  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ⅓ cup pistachios

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Dash of coarse sea salt

  • 2 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt


  • Step 1Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

  • Step 2Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
